    1. There are several bodies of water in Las Vegas…, OK maybe only two…, but this is not them. This was in Illinois. I’m trying to remember exactly where. My wife (her name is Lynn) might remember.

      1. Joanne perhaps Emilio’s post just prior to this one moved my thinking. Or I’m just a bit of an abstract or put of the box girl…one or the other. 🙂

            1. Joanne, I’d like to hear your interpretation. I do feel that a person is more or less in charge of their own happiness in life. And I never meant my previous post to be anything more than a stab at a cautionary tale. How to treat your children? I’m really not that deep. And I never really suffered as much as some. Most of my problems in life were due to my handling of a situation.

                1. No apology necessary. You are correct in that they were related. But when I think of some of the awful things others have gone through and survived, mine seems trivial. As if I’m whining!

                  1. You are not whining Emilio in my opinion. There are terrible things that happen in this world. Your life path is different than others and you walk your unique one as others walk theirs. I wish you a smooth journey ahead. Thank you for your reassurance that I had not overstepped in my comment. I appreciate it.
